Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

By engaging All Tech Integration for any service, installation, design, or consultation, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before authorizing any work.

1. Company Information

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you (the client) and Nardini Electric, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company holding NJ State Electrical Contractor License #17139, operating under the following trade names: All Tech Integration, ATi, ATi Security, ATi Security and Fire, Surround Sound NJ.

References to "ATi," "we," "us," or "the Company" throughout these terms refer to Nardini Electric, LLC and any of its operating trade names listed above.

2. Scope of Services

ATi provides commercial and residential technology integration services including, but not limited to: fire alarm system design and installation, burglar and intrusion alarm systems, audio and video distribution, network infrastructure, professional surveillance systems, card access control, system design and engineering, and general low-voltage electrical work.

The specific scope of work for any project will be defined in a written proposal, estimate, or work order agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement. Work performed beyond the agreed scope is subject to additional charges billed at our standard service rates.

3. Estimates and Proposals

Written estimates and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted. Estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment and may be subject to revision if site conditions, material costs, or project scope differ materially from what was represented at the time of estimate.

Verbal estimates are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute a binding agreement. A signed written proposal or authorization is required before any work begins.

4. Authorization and Access

By signing a proposal, work order, or otherwise authorizing work, you confirm that you are the property owner or an authorized representative with the legal right to authorize the described work on the premises.

You agree to provide ATi personnel with safe and reasonable access to the work area for the duration of the project. An adult 18 years of age or older must be present on the premises during all service visits. Pets must be secured away from the work area. Failure to meet these requirements may result in rescheduling at additional cost.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in the applicable proposal or invoice. Standard terms require payment in full upon project completion unless a prior written payment schedule has been agreed upon. For larger commercial projects, ATi may require a deposit prior to scheduling or material procurement.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. ATi reserves the right to suspend ongoing work or monitoring services on accounts with balances more than 30 days past due.

Accepted payment methods include check, ACH transfer, and major credit cards. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee as disclosed at the time of payment.

6. Service Call Rates

Service calls are billed according to our published rate schedule, which is available at ati.cc/service-pricing.html. Rates are subject to change with reasonable notice. The rates in effect at the time of scheduling apply to the service visit.

Time is billed from the moment a technician arrives on site. After-hours, weekend, and emergency dispatch rates apply as outlined in our rate schedule. Travel outside of Ocean and Monmouth Counties is subject to an additional flat fee.

7. Warranties and Workmanship

ATi warrants all labor and workmanship performed by our technicians for a period of 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and does not extend to equipment failure, damage caused by third parties, acts of nature, power surges, or misuse.

Equipment and materials installed by ATi are subject to the manufacturer's warranty only. ATi makes no additional warranty on third-party hardware or components. Manufacturer warranty claims must be processed through the manufacturer directly; ATi will assist in facilitating claims where possible.

New installations carry a one-year workmanship warranty unless a longer term is specified in writing in the project proposal.

8. Monitoring Services

Central station monitoring services, where applicable, are provided through a third-party UL-listed monitoring center. Monitoring agreements are governed by separate monitoring contracts. Monitoring fees are billed independently and are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.

Monitoring service does not include on-site technical support, equipment repair, or system programming changes. These services are billed at our standard service rates. ATi is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from a failure of the monitoring center to respond or from communication failures beyond our control.

9. System Design and Intellectual Property

All CAD drawings, design specifications, cost estimates, programming code, and technical documentation prepared by ATi remain the intellectual property of Nardini Electric, LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing as part of a paid deliverable agreement.

Design documents provided as part of a paid design engagement may be used by the client for the specific project described. They may not be reproduced, resold, or used for other projects without prior written consent from ATi.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATi's total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service or project giving rise to the claim.

ATi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, property damage not directly caused by our workmanship, or personal injury arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Security and fire alarm systems are intended as deterrents and detection aids. ATi does not guarantee that installed systems will prevent burglary, fire, injury, or property loss. Response by emergency services is outside ATi's control and is not guaranteed.

11. Permits and Code Compliance

Where required by local ordinance, ATi will obtain applicable permits for electrical and low-voltage work. Permit fees are the responsibility of the client and will be itemized separately on the project invoice. ATi is not responsible for delays caused by municipal permitting offices.

All work is performed in accordance with applicable New Jersey electrical codes, NFPA standards, and local ordinances in effect at the time of installation. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any known code violations or hazardous conditions on the premises prior to commencement of work.

12. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Service appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the standard one-hour minimum service call rate. Project cancellations after materials have been ordered or work has commenced will be billed for all labor performed and materials procured to date, plus a restocking fee where applicable.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from services provided, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Ocean County, New Jersey before any legal action is initiated.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ocean County, New Jersey.

14. Privacy

ATi collects client information solely for the purpose of providing services, processing payments, and communicating regarding your account or project. We do not sell, rent, or lease client information to third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors or service partners only as necessary to complete your project.

By engaging ATi, you consent to receive service-related communications including appointment confirmations, invoices, and service updates via phone, email, or text message.

15. Modifications to These Terms

ATi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be posted at ati.cc/terms.html. Continued engagement with ATi following any posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email where contact information is on file.
